BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: Properties located at the northern section of the 1800 Block of Bailey Avenue described as Tax Map Nos. 146J-T-33, 146J-T-28, 146J-T-27, and 146J-T-26. from "R-4 Special Zone with Conditions", to "R-4 Special Zone with Conditions, subject to the following additional conditions": 1. No lodging houses, boarding houses, or bed and breakfast; 2. No dormitories; 3. No fraternal, professional or hobby clubs; and 4. No hospitals or nursing homes. 09 0C SECTION 3.
